Weddings can be as Simple or Complicated as you choose to make it.

Caterer - You will need to meet with your caterer to make decisions

the time of the wedding will dictate the kind of food service
menu selection - caterer will help you with this
Caterer will supply the table settings, napkins and tablecloths
You may wish to provide your own food and act as the caterer.
Music
DJ -Live - CD's - Burn your own CD's -Use an IPod

Rehearsal
The rehearsal is necessary no matter how small the wedding!!!!!!
You probably already know we have great rehearsal dinners here and this will give you more time to decorate for your day. .
Rehearsal Dinner choices:
Buffet Dinner
Pizza on the porch at the Yellow Turtle Inn
You may wish to rent the Dining Room and Tea Room and bring your caterer
Accommadations
Many times the women of the bridal party stay the night before the wedding and get ready here. This gives more time for decorating and less running around on your wedding day.
Lunch on Wedding Day
I can also provide a deli tray and drinks (iced tea and sodas) for lunch the day of the wedding.
The less you have to do and can stay in one place, the more relaxed you will be.
I can also provide accommodations for your special guests the night before and the Night of the Wedding and a brunch the following morning after the wedding.
I much rather have the entire Inn filled with your special people.

I will be happy to supply a list upon request.
Bridal Party Guests
Your wedding guests will need to make their own reservations and confirm with a credit card. Rooms held for wedding guests are considered non cancellation reservations with no refund.
Wedding Cake
Ask the caterer if he will provide this.
Some brides also provide cheesecake and cookies as an extra dessert for those who do not like cake.
The bride and groom cut the first cut for photos.
The caterer will continue to cut the cake and serve it after the first cut.
